Senior Adult Luncheon
ENCORE! - Our next Senior Adult Luncheon will be March 12, 2017 - Another Session of Exercise for Seniors
The next Senior Luncheon will be Sunday, March 12 at 12:30 p.m. in Fellowship Hall. The program is titled “Exercise for Seniors” with Mariah Kaye. She will present exercises especially designed for sitting in a chair, including her famous “Ti Chi” exercise, which can be used as a Lenten Devotional.
Mariah Kaye became a Senior Fitness Specialist because of the many
ways exercise improves the quality of our aging. She likes being on
the soapbox of how exercise feels (mostly) good while we do it, and it
affects and improves all facets of our lives. And she also enjoys
practicing what she preaches.
Mariah says, "In our time together, we'll do a session of seated tai chi, for a
balanced internal and external benefit, and round out our time
together with stretching because it feels so good in the body. We'll
do it all with our friends, because that's the best way to exercise!"
Maybe you'll even choose to join Mariah on her soapbox.
