Play Reading Circle “Every Brilliant Thing”

May 2 and June 6, 3:00pm on Zoom

Every Brilliant Thing is a heartfelt play about one man’s look back over his life and how he coped with his mother’s depression and suicidal behaviors by making a list of all the things that are beautiful and pleasurable and desirable about life. The way that the playwright, Duncan MacMillan, is able to transform tears into laughter, pathos into comedy, is in itself, brilliant!

Come see for yourself. The SFBC Play Reading Circle, which meets on the first Saturday of each month from 3:00-5:00pm on Zoom, will be reading this play on May 2nd and June 6th. All are welcome! Starting on April 12th, you can sign out a script at the Welcome Table in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday mornings or call the church office to make other arrangements as needed.
