Interfaith Climate Action “The Light Pirate”

Enjoy a summer read with Interfaith Climate Action!

Join ICA in reading a wonderful work of fiction, The Light Pirate by Lily Brooks-Dalton. The small group will discuss the book on Monday, July 21, at 7:00pm on Zoom. Keith Ervin describes the book as “what may be the most accessible, readable climate novel,” and the Associated Press calls it “a symphony of beauty and heartbreak.” It’s a story of resilience, which follows Wanda—a child born out of a devastating hurricane—as she navigates a rapidly changing world. “The Light Pirate” is available at the Seattle Public Library, King County Library System, and your favorite bookstores.
