Earth Day Dinner and Conversation with Jessyn Farrell
Friday, April 17, 5:00pm at Bet Alef Meditative Synagogue
Interfaith Climate Action (ICA) invites you to a free dinner and conversation with Sound Transit executive Jessyn Farrell on Friday, April 17, at 5:00pm in the Bet Alef Meditative Synagogue Living Room, 806 North 64th Street, Seattle. As you know, ICA is a collaboration between members of SFBC and Bet Alef.
How do we in our community address the climate challenge? Jessyn will share what she learned during her four years in Seattle city government, first as director of the Department of Sustainability and Environment, then as deputy mayor for transportation, parks, and sustainability. Bring your curiosity, questions, and insights. RSVP to keithervin@msn.com. (You’re welcome to join us even if you don’t RSVP or need to arrive later.) After dinner and conversation, you’re also invited to Bet Alef’s twice-monthly Kabbalat Shabbat worship service at 7:00pm across the street at the Center for Spiritual Living.
