Contemplative Book Study
In this group we will be using the book “Refuge” by Terry Tempest Williams. This book will serve as a prompt for our individual meditation practices, and our time together will be focused on sharing our meditation experiences with each other. What is working well and where are we finding peace — and what are the challenges we face as we strive to maintain a meditation practice? A guided meditation will also be included as part of our time together. Please join us! All are welcome.
