Palm Sunday Service

Sunday, March 29, 11:00am in the Sanctuary

On the final Sunday of Lent, we will undertake the journey of Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem all the way to his arrest, conviction, and crucifixion. We will read scripture and sing together as we sit in the reality of how quickly the shouts of “Hosanna!” and the waving of palm branches turn to shouts of “Crucify him!” We will wonder and reflect on the ways we are implicated in Jesus’ death, and how we can work against powers of empire and death in our world today.
