Small Groups Schedule: August

Exploring Contemplation Book Study
Meets every other Friday at 11:00am on Zoom

This group will meet every other Friday through the summer (this month: August 7 and August 21), working from the book “Refuge”, by Terry Tempest Williams. We will share what works well, and what challenges us, about our meditation experiences. A guided meditation will also be included as part of our time together.

Play Reading Circle
1st Saturday of the month, 3:00-5:00pm on Zoom

Summer Circles
Saturday, August 8, 3:30pm at Woodland Park Picnic Shelter #4
Thursday, August 13, 6:00pm in South Seattle (contact church office for location)

This August we are doing two large circle gatherings and all are welcome at both. Summer Circles are a wonderful time of fellowship fun, and reconnection in this season when many of our small groups are on hiatus.

Some Small Groups Pausing in August

Two additional small group ministries will be taking a pause in the month of August: the Prayer and Reflection group and the Men’s Group ministries will not meet. Both will restart in September.
